We welcome Dr. Laura Grasemann to our team. She supports the area of corporate law as an associate. Dr. Laura Grasemann completed her PhD at the University of Passau with a thesis on the subject of defects in shareholder resolutions. She has already gained initial experience in corporate and real estate law at Pöllath + Partner, Clifford Chance and Allen & Overy.
