In his damage suit against insurance company Signal Iduna, real estate investor Anno August Jagdfeld (e.g. resurrection of Adlon hotel) is counseled by WEGNERPARTNER. Jagdfeld claims, that a so-called »association for the protection of Adlon-shareholders«, of which Signal Iduna is or was a member, made public accusations, that brought harm to his business. To compensate for the caused damage, Jagdfeld claims EUR 536 million from Signal Iduna. The first hearing at Landgericht Dortmund took place on December 15th, 2016.
