We welcome Dr. Jan-Bertram A. Hillig to our team as a partner. He strengthens our construction and plant construction law practice with his experience in contract drafting and construction-related advice on cross-border plant construction projects – complementing Dr. Adrian Müller-Helle’s focus on litigation and arbitration. Dr. Hillig joins us from GSK Stockmann, where he was Counsel. He chairs the German Committee on Plant Construction, Infrastructure, International Construction Law of the German Bar Association (DAV) and teaches FIDIC contracts on the LL.M. Construction Law programme at Philipps-Universität Marburg.
